Kelham Beer & Food Tour

Kelham Island is famous for its real ale pubs and is at the heart of Sheffield’s brewing heritage. The Food & Beer Tour takes you on a beer and food journey of the area visiting 5 Kelham Island institutions, old and new. Hear about the history of the area and the role beer and brewing have played in industry. Enjoy a range of beers and plenty of tasty food and a brewery tour at the end.

All food and drink provided on the tour are included in the price of your ticket. 

What is included:

• Gain insight into local venues, the history of the area, and the part beer has played in Sheffield and industry

• Visit 5 Kelham Island Institutions - old and new

• Enjoy a beer (or two!) at every venue and an accompanying beer-appropriate dish* at 3 venues. Guests enjoy approximately 4 pints* in total and we can replace a beer with a soft drink at some stops if you want to take it steady! (Please note we cannot swap out beers for lager, wine, or a beer of choice - the beer selection is agreed with the venues and chosen in advance. We curate the food and beer options as part of the experience.)

• We can cater for vegetarians and vegans if you have any allergies please contact us before booking to make sure we can accommodate you (gluten-free diets cannot be catered for on this tour and stops do include a number of bread-type foods and beer).
